I bought some lamps from the shop (LightUp The Dream) for my new house but found out that there's some missing components for one of the lamps when my contractor was about to do the installation. Please let me know how I can still get a refund for the lamp or whether Lazada can facilitate to get the seller to mail me the missing parts please.
