Support at Jet Nozzle addressed my request to return the item, saying they would refund 65% of the purchase price and I would not need to go to the post office and pay for shipping it back. I agreed and ask them to advise when and how much the refund would be. They have not responded to that, but they sent an e-mail saying how do you rate their support, good or bad. not good bad. responded User's recommendation: This Jet Nozzle does not work as advertised.
