Hello, I sent through the below complaint on the 13th July and no one has come back to me on this. We are absolutely disgusted in your service! Good day, I ordered the attached flowers to be delivered to the grieving widow of one of our staff members who we lost to Covid 19 in the early hours of yesterday morning. It was meant to symbolise our support for her and her son during this terrible time, but instead it looks like a half-arsed (sorry for the expression, but there is no other way to put it), slapped together arrangement as an afterthought. I have attached a picture of the flowers that she received. When compared to the image on your website, I am sure you can understand why we are so disgusted with Netflorist. To whomever slapped that arrangement together - shame on you! I will never use Netflorist again.
