Product cancelled

I ordered item number P-300822 on 12/8/20. I received a message on 12/30/20 that the order had been cancelled. The charge of $44.91 is on my credit card, but I have not received credit from you to off set this charge, if I do not hear from you in 2 days I will have my credit card not pay your bill.
