Attempted to contact customer support or Tech support at ArcSoft to ask a simple question about editing video frames. Their sites are circular, go back to each other, and never allow an individual to find any support or ask questions. Probably intentional as the product isn't that great and they need more written information, or at least a way to contact them. Terrible customer service or tech support. User's recommendation: Don't be fooled by the price. Without support it's worthless.
