Dear sir/madam Improper service of batticaloa cargils food city I am shayanthan working as a government audit officer. Today I bought a kotmale mozzarella cheese at batticaloa cargills food city for make pizza. It's expire date is ok nevertheless we realized that it had spoiled for some reason. We made pizza for dinner but we didn't eat that. There was a difference in taste and its rich aroma. I think it has the storage issue or it was spoiled. It was very bad experience to me I paid 490 + 200 dilivery charge I spent all other incerediances cost of rs 1500. Altogether my total loss is more than 2000 rupees. It shows branch manager quality and control did not do their job. Before deliver the goods they want to confirm the quality. Wasted my money and time I request you that pay my loss and take necessary action against the incident I have a piece of mozzarella cheese please sends your staff to check the quality to confirm.
