The product quality is *** and cheap on the tablets. Screens cracked from the tablets sliding flat on the table (less then 6 inches) Samsung tablets never had any issues with the screens. Glass appears to be paper thin. Customer service calls are just as *** as the quality of product. I would never recommend this company or their products to anyone.. in stead of replacing the screens i will look at replacing the tablets with a quality product.
