Substandard product. I had to call them back several time to fix issues that I could see before the pool was finished. I addition, they never filed the final inspection with the City of Fresno!!! I have had my pool for 5 years now. The concrete is bad, pool finish is bad, the electrical is bad. They used proprietary materials in the pool which means BIG maintenance costs. I have 4 lights in my pool, they failed after 4 years. replacement costs at $407 per light and that is just for the lights, not the install. Poor company, find someone else. You have been warned, it's on you now! Get at least 3 quotes using tried and true parts, no NEW TO THE MARKET ITEMS. Hold back 20% for the final payment until the final inspecting has been filed with the city. Call them to verify!!! I cannot stress enough, do not use this company, you will regret it!
