I ordered a gift for Valentine's Day. All came on time, I cannot say anything bad about delivery. But quality is poor. paired engraved pendants, one pendant well I can say not bad, although it does not look as good as in the picture and looks cheaper. The second pendant is like a hundred years old it is dark all in scratches, maybe I would assume that it was somewhere in the water, but how they could do the engraving on such a terrible thing can not imagine. The customer service hasn't responded to the email yet, I really hope they give me a refund and that it's a mistake.
