Problems with Fortuner (2019) multimedia player

Greetings, The multimedia player sound and Bluetooth are not functioning properly. Suddenly, and for no reason, there is no sound and i can no longer connect my phone. I have to "forget" and "reconnect" to get it working. Functions for a while then stops again. The Fortuner manual that came with the car does not have the right multimedia player model, therefore i can not troubleshoot. My question is how to resolve this problem, AND where can i find the multimedia catalog for my car? Note: i did a reset - problem persists - perhaps the unit needs re-programming or update or both awaiting Toyota's response
