I use Consolidated Communications and operate a business. My business phone, internet and email has been down since 9/3/2020 and after many calls and many hours on the phone with CCI staff the best they can do is send a tech on 9/14. When I explained to numerous CCI reps I run a business and cant have my phone line, email and internet down for nearly 2 weeks I was repeatedly told that is all we can do. User's recommendation: Run for your life and avoid CCI.
