Problems with application for driver

To be honest, I'm not sure how it fit the "pissed consumer" tag. I was trying to let someone know I was having issues with the application process for driver. I checked the box confirming that I was physically able to drive. Did some reason I kept getting notifications to complete that part. I keep getting redirected back to the same part of the mobile app that won't let me check that box off.
