1 I never got to talk to a person 2 they advertised a sale for dealt 20v max 4 piece tool set for 104.00 as soon as I got the advertisement I called right away to be told they dont have it no more and tried to sale me the exact kit for 399.00 thats mot right User's recommendation: Dont belive their sale adds.
