Problems with after-sales service

At first, everything was OK. The website was easy to navigate. So I found everything I needed within 10 minutes. The problems started after I placed the order. They didn’t send any emails with any shipping details. So I waited for 2 days and wrote to the support team. They still didn’t give me any precise information, just rough terms. In practice, the package arrived much faster than I expected. But I had to wait for about two weeks wondering whether I would receive it on time.

I love this store. At first, everything was OK too. But now I can't see the items, they just disappear when the page is fully loaded. I write to support, and they ignore me. And they lose a customer.

I am also very unpleased, I received clothes that someone had already worn, and then returned. And my deal with the customer support was horribly long. Worst service ever.
