Problems Resolved

I wish to update my previous review of Eagle Equipment. They refunded me ALL of the money I paid for shipping (despite the fact that it was the shipper they used who lost the lift - they made it right). Because they were willing to make things right, I am retracting my previous bad review of this company. In return, I agreed to remove my internet reviews. They are correct that I really did jump the gun in going after them before they could really look at the situation and determine the best solution to rectify it. I thank everyone at Eagle Equipment/Standard Tool for making this right.
