Problem with new mower
Bought a brand new mower. Of course had to put oil and gas in it to start but won't start. Menards won't take it back because it's filled with gas and oil! They tell me I have to call Pulsar. I've called for 5 straight days, being on hold listening to music and message that a representative will be with me in a moment. Moment never came. I was on hold for 30 to 45 minutes each time.
