Problem with manager at one of your store

Customer walked in walk to counter customer said she wanted to pawn a iPhone tablet manager ask whats the password rudely I wrote it down then he ask the password for the iCloud account I said why you so rude every time I come here he said who me I said yes he said ok well I said they need a manager than you in here so I walked out and went to another pawn thats why the rating there is a 1 User's recommendation: Don’t go there the manager is very rude.
