Problem with Kodak Instant Dock printer

My phone would not dock with the printer. Kodak doesn't know their product well enough to know that all I needed was a different adapter. The people at Kodak told me to return the unit for a refund. It was someone at Best Buy who figured out what was wrong. User's recommendation: Know what you need before you buy if your phone is involved.
