Go go configure which is a contractor of Bowflex they came out to install a part and finish assembling my Bowflex revolution never happened left . When you call them totally bad customer service complain they scheduled a month later for someone to come back out totally poor service User's recommendation: Bowflex is great but contract for assembly of truly poor the name is go configure do not use them they will have to do the work and want to schedule a month later to return.
