Every single commercial break you are forced to interact with the remote by choosing if youd like to have an interactive commercial experience. The answer is no and I'd like for it to quit asking me to do something literally every commercial break. If you do nothing at all it makes you wait 30 seconds then shows commercials anyways. I watch tv to relax...jot pock up the remote and interact with tv every 5 minutes. Please drop this feature CRACKLE!!! User's recommendation: Find the show you want to watch elsewhere. Crackle is a pain in the butt.
