Problem with a gift card

I have tried to use my gift card; however, it will not work. I called the recorded number for gift cards, but it keeps asking for a three digit number on the card. There is no three digit number on my gift card. I like Bob Evans. I would like this problem resolved. Thank you- Mary Jane Tennebar
