Problem Solved after short delay

I received a part that was damaged during transport a little more than a week ago. After speaking to Parts Geek, they asked me to make another order, and a few days later I received a full refund for the damaged part I received. I did request expedited shipment for the part that was damaged, but they didn't have the option, so I was delayed another week for my repair. User's recommendation: Check your parts when they arrive to ensure they aren't damaged in transport and contact customer service right away if they are.
