Problem signing in to my on line account

Everytime I try to sign in on my online account you won't let me signin. I have visited the bank and they fix me up and next time I try I still can't sign in . I have also called your main office with the same results My husband have used this bank since 1987 thru several name changes and I am tired of being treated this way I am 85 and I know I am slow and then they cut me off
