good morning, I just bought a 3d printer on your site. The ender 5 plus. The product is in perfect condition, but when I tested it, i realise that the cable wich goes from the extruder to the nossle pop out of the pneumatic connection of the extruder with no reasons. My 3d printer doesnt work because of this probleme.
