We have a neighbor move into a Pathlight house 15 month ago and has been nothing but a problem with their behavior. Pathlight has clause in the lease to terminate if they fail to follow HOA bylaws...what a joke. So we just keep fining Pathlight and eventually, hopefully, they will evict him. They won't return calls or emails, worthless company. they User's recommendation: read reviews about Pathlight...believe them, then rent from another company.
