Printing errors on greeting cards I designed – chronic & unable to resolve

I own a greeting card business, I have created 70+ beautiful designed on the Mixbook website. I placed a large order on 4/26/21, as of 7/9/21, I am now on the 4th Redo request due to glaring errors, like streaks, uneven folding, poor saturation, design elements missing. I have sent emails and letters, after 2 months the CEO called me. He offered to return my money, but I need my product, my cards. Hsuggested I use another websand won't give me the images. User's recommendation: Do not use Mixbook.
