I've liked this printer so far other than I'm spending way too much on ink. I use my printer for personal use more than business, never printing big orders of anything. I've got 5 ink cartridges. When I go to print something the status shows how much ink is left in each cartridge. When I change the one or 2 that show empty, when I'm finished, it then shows the others are empty that minutes before showed they had ink in them. The printer won't print unless I change the cartridges (that really aren't empty).
