Prime continues to lie and not follow up with my claim

Update by user Jan 04, 2019 No contact from Primetime Vacations. I have attempted by phone,email and social media. I do however receive calls from the sales group trying to sell me their vacation packages. Update by user Dec 06, 2018 They tell BBB that they have taken care of the problem and then time passes and they do nothing. Original review posted by user Dec 05, 2018 I've worked with the BBB and Prime. Prime told BBB they resolved my issue and that they would reimburse me the funds I paid within 45 days. Well that never happened. I spoke to them and they said it was working days and those days passed and still they have NOT reimbursed me, contacted me or answered my calls or emails. Their sales people have tried to get me to attend a presentation where I tell them my story. Still NO REPLY!!
