Called to cancel tickets for which we I was charged more than double the cost from a different site. No confirmation was sent. After transaction was done, it was stated that the actual tickets would be emailed on Dec 19 for concert on Dec 21. When I called to cancel, I was asked for a order number which was never sent and if I did not know it to provide the phone # from which it was sent. The of course did not recognize the phone number do went round and round asking for this information. NEVER purchase from this company unless you have checked all other possibilities. Never could get to person with whom I could chat. So ratings below are higher than they should be as u cannot give zeros.
