I had to cancel the flight part of a package trip but wasnt getting back or able to put that airfare towards a future flight so I complained ( in a nice way), and now was just told that the penalty part of the airfare was being refunded to me. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the way this was handled with Costco Travel Customer Service. User's recommendation: I highly recommend Costco Travel. Just like their warehouse, they do put the customer first and always want a happy result.
