I bought a alpensia action jacket from colunmbia vancouver outlet after coming home i checked price on line and it was $25.00 cheaper on line at the Columbia store, so i went back to the store and mentioned if i can get price adjustment. I was served by Phoebe. She refused to adjust the price. Aren't outlets supposed to be cheaper than regular stores? And if it's same store why was i not helped? She had such an attitude with no eye contact and no smile. Was not happy and will not shop there again.
