They have instructions under FAQ that says login to account, you can cancel subscription. No I can't. There's an option to temporarily suspend. They have directions to email them, I like having things in writing. 3 days in a row after selecting drop down option Prevention digital subscription, then the next drop down doesn't have a choice to cancel the closest was temporary to suspend, then I typed my information, hit send and an error message came up. 3 days this happened 8/4, 8/3, 8/2/2021. I called the 800 number and they are closed. I will call tomorrow morning. I'll never use them again, impossible to cancel. User's recommendation: They need to make it just as easy to cancel a subscription as it is to sign up for one.
