                Prescription overpay

I paid full price for a prescription, rx [protected] on 7/27/21. Then my insurance also paid. I was told I would receive a refund which I have not. I have spent several hours on the phone getting put on hold and being transferred from one department to another without satisfaction. I was given a case #[protected] by customer service and was told I would be contacted by the billing department, which I have not.
