My correspondence on my order that was charged but never shipped came from someone named Glenn. I ordered a like new - used Cuisinart coffee maker on 12/12/14 from Premier Books On Line through Amazon. Premier ordered the shipping label from USPS to generate a shipping number and reported that to Amazon so that he could receive my payment. The item was never delivered to USPS. I waited until 1/6/15 to allow for reasonable shipping delays during the holidays. When I sent an inquiry to the shipper, he answered back: "I support my family with this business and not a scam-er or sell on EBAY. I believe in only doing good business and complete almost 10,000 every year for last 10 years. I strive for 100% satisfaction on all orders. With that said, would you please confirm your shipping address? Meanwhile, I can look for a replacement. I look forward to helping and making this right. Sincerely, Glenn" When I asked why he needed me to confirm my address, since it was supplied to him by Amazon, and why did he have to look for a replacement, I heard no more from him. I reported it through A-Z guarantee on Amazon. I said that I would remove that if he really had my coffee maker. No response.
