Predatory practices and illegal charges to personal account

After contacting HSC customer service back in June-July to cancel my contract (spoke to a representative) my account continued to be charge until November. Called today to verified why I was charged. Apparently the phone call is not on file- lucky for me, I do record my conversations same as they do and keep my email replays on file. They blatantly lie to me saying the phone conversation was not on file "how convenient". I will show in a moment. The company stated that for the customer to cancel a contract it must be done by the phone only or at least that's their excuse. However, I did call in the past to cancel but obviously that did not work. "I also" NOT THE COMPANY try to contact them by phone in October to let them know they were about to charge my bank account illegally but no response from customer service after 25 minutes on the phone- decided to place a call back which I could not respond since I was inside the operating room. After contacting customer service today they would not give us our money back- not even for the month they were advised NOT to charge our account after we wrote We did NOT want any more business with them. More over, The main reason why we cancelled our contract on this company was due to a service call on an Air conditioning unit which they would not respond until next day (a summer day at 90 plus degrees); I have to contract a local technician out of pocket for service. My tenant lost income for not been able to work from home that day amount other things like perished food and hotel rental charges...shame on HSC. I hope you consider to review this company in depth before you purchase or conduct any business with HSC. Very upset customer.
