My 83 year old mother sold her trailer and moved to a retirement home. This company is calling her and trying to intimidate her to pay monthly payments when she notified them of the sale of her home. They were threatening and verbally abusive. They are sending bills with additional fees and charging monthly monitoring fees on a system that was shut off months ago. She is living in fear and afraid to open her mail. Don't do business with this company they are predators and abusive. When someone this age has to make the difficult decision to give up everything they have to move to a retirement home and are on Medicare/Medicaid there is NO money. There are NO assets so they believe there intimidate an elderly person to write a check for an alarm they don’t have rather than buy food. The only thing of value is her dog. I don’t think they want that asset. The bills keep coming and charges upon charges are added, she is living in fear. Inflexible company that does not understand or have compassion for the poor elderly population that got their overpriced alarms because they live in fear. Then this same company turns out the real abuser.
