I am sure you usually get complaints, but this is to praise your customer service representative that assisted me yesterday (unfortunately, I don't have his name!). I called with a question of how to get back to renaming my router and changing access password. He patiently walked me through it. (I had previously searched the web for 2 days, but couldn't figure out that I was already in factory settings and how to do what I wanted.) He was diligent, even when we got disconnected twice because I have a VOIP phone system and when we were changing the router, it cut my internet phone service off! I am so very appreciative and definitely will tout Linksys name for future purchases to friends and myself! User's recommendation: Purchase Lynksys routers.
