Practical training scheduling- no response

I have been contacting EDI to schedule the training and the call center keeps telling me someone will contact me and no one is getting back and no one is calling me. I need to schedule my training. I need someone to communicate with so that I can schedule my practical training and test. Even if there is a waiting time, we need to schedule the times in the future but at least I need to talk to someone and not this call center. The call center only tells us that someone will contact you and no one does. Are they used to treat people with disrespect and not respect that people need to know there schedules in advance and not just wait for non-responsiveness. I am very disappointed.
