How are you doing my name is Jamal Lynch I live in San Francisco California I bought my car to one of your big O tires thats on Gary Street in San Francisco I bought The car from Vacaville on Wednesday I bought it to big O tires on Friday for oil change a week later my power steering went out when I went to put fluid in it the cap Was off I called big O tires and told them someone left the cap offTheres nowhere on the paperwork that they gave me back saying my power steering cap was off when they check the fluids the manager told me I could ride around without a power steering cap
