We had a thunderstorm on Aug.27. Never lost power. Two hours after the storm, at 5pm, crews showed up for a downed tree up the road and shut off the power. That tree had nothing to do with our power. Crews then left, and it is now 1:00 am, Eversource tells me that the crews are working on my street to restore service, but there are no crews working in the entire town. We got the same lies just three weeks ago in the aftermath of storm Isaias. User's recommendation: Eversource is a monopoly, and doesn’t care about its customers. Lies and misinformation is just business as usual with them.
