Power out AGAIN

It seems like if it rains more than 4 minutes the power goes out and it takes DTE hours to restore. Today was the 4th time in 3 weeks the power went out. I've never experienced this in other cities I've lived in. WHY can't they seem to fix the problem?? It's been 20 years of this crap, it's time to move. User's recommendation: Do NOT recommend DTE.
