I ordered a portable treadmill from this company in October 2020. They say they shipped it on November 5, 2020. It is now March 31, 2021 and I have not received this item. I asked for a refund in the full amount of $28.98 and I was told they could refund 15% ($4.34). I said I did not agree with this and she told me good luck with trying to get a refund through paypal. The tracking number she provided was not found either. I have contacted paypal with no response.
