This is an excerpt from an email I sent to my agent after we sold the home and was finished with the move and cleanup (and then her response) Tracy, We just finished up this morning! I cleaned the house the best I could, we didn't have any help with anything, but I wanted to make sure we were passing on this house cleaner and in better shape than when we moved in. I hope the Smith's enjoy their new home! Thank you for selling it for us! What I am not happy about is how I feel you dropped the ball on me, it was like as soon as the dotted line was signed, you were done. It felt like that, when everytime I needed to ask a question or challenged you, you passed me on and made me feel un-important! Sure, I understand that there are different facets of selling a home with different players, but you also made me feel dumb for asking, and you put out by it. Yes, i was in a precarious situation and alot on my shoulders, but you were so confident and convincing that you would take care of me (us). I really feel you mislead me in that manner. If we hadn't had our other realtor ask if you were doing this or that, we would have missed a few things that you should have advised us on! It's funny how you took 7% of the sale of my house when the national average is 4-6%, Columbus is 6% and if I had known, which I know now is that I could have negotiated your commission. I just felt you could taken a little bit better care of me for that kind of money! Enough said...these are my comments in case you are taking a survey. AND HER RESPONSE: Hi Sandie, I am sorry you feel that way. I know you had litigation pending and I did not want to mislead you or speak out of turn. I felt the title questions were best answered by title. I wish you the best and hope you have found your forever home and you are made whole with this transaction. Tracy
