Populated my calendar

My calendar in my phone was populated with an event for everyday in the month of April. It says that it is spring and I should contact your company for Windows. I am unable to delete the event and when I hit decline it remains in my iPhone calendar. This was done without my permission and needs to be removed immediately. Jeanne sorensen [protected]
