At the Philipsburg, PA McDonald's: Only 1 car ahead of me in drive thru. No one behind me. I order, pay, drive to second window to be told to pull up, as it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes from start to finish till I get my order. This is the second time, and I was missing an item! This is a very poorly managed restaurant. It always takes at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru, whether there are 10 cars or just 1. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere if you want fast food.
