I took my car into get brakes and my brakes are squeaking. My brakes squeak when I push on them when stopping. I called them told them about my brakes they told me to bring in they heard the brakes squeaking did something to them and told me if they continue to squeak bring them in. I took my car to another location after one Firestone location messes up and they claim they test drive my car and they dont hear no squeaking. My breaks are squeaking still and neither location are fixing the problem. Im taking this To a higher complaint as this is not right to pay for a job that was not done coright User's recommendation: Don’t take your car to Firestone. Ppl look at the reviews before taking your car to Firestone.
