Hard/ unfriendly to use website. Pictures are very overpriced and are un editable by self on websites. $60 to edit one picture . Crap. Contacted customer service to no avail. Was basically told you had to pick what they offered or pay more than double. If you wanted 2 different pictures you had to place 2 separate orders ( double the shipping). $40 for a single 8x10 plus shipping and an additional $60 to change the background. $419 per package of 8to10 pictures that you can't edit. KRAP company. Thieves. I will be contacting the school to complain about their choice in photography company. User's recommendation: RUN AWAY!
