Poor warrant followup

With Lazydays our experience in buying a new RV was top notch but warranty service is extremely poor to say the least. We had several small items bulbs, seals etc that were under warranty, total parts of about $200 but never the less needed attention. I was able to get the part numbers great from the parts department and they were in stock!!! However, the warranty department said next appointment is in 2 months. Wow, we were staying at the LazyDays campground. I could put the parts in myself, it would take 5 minutes to verify and yet they said no. I offered to send videos to no avail. Since the issues were aggravating, I had no choice but to purchase and change myself. This was so disappointing after paying so much for a high end 5th wheel. It would seem to me that a something could have been done.
