Buyer beware. Even is you get a decent product (and some things are NOT worth it) the shipping is incredibly slow. I live in TX about 200 miles from the HQ and it still takes 7-10 business days. Seems like my orders are held at the warehouse for several days before they get to the actual shipper, but they claim that the item has shipped because they have created a label. The topper was when customer service lied to me and told me I could replace something when I ordered the wrong size.
