Called to get an update on my order from two weeks ago. I have been charged for item. It has never shipped. They have no clue and blame it on fed ex. In reality any company can create a shipping label and provide you with tracking number but tracking history wont show until fed ex picks up item. They are trying to fool me into thinking the item has shipped. They had the nerve to tell me I cant cancel because item was shipped! I say if you buy from this company you have made a huge mistake! User's recommendation: Don’t buy from website!
